Mojca is
a trainer and a consultant with a wide range of knowledge and skills, as
well as professional and life experiences. She is distinguished for her
subtle feeling for people and her desire for learning and development.
She combines many seemingly incompatible characteristics in herself, such as
both softness and provocativeness in approach or both creativity and a
systematic approach to work.
15 years of experience in adult
education
She has been working in the field
of adult education for more than 15 years – in the begining as a teacher of
business Russian to Slovene business people, and later on in communication,
sales and leadership training. She conducts education in Slovene, Croatian,
English and Russian. Her performing is dynamic, interactive, and has been
evaluated as excellent by the participants.
Foreign languages
She grew up in a multilingual
environment. She attended a Russian school in Prague for four
years and one year in USA on an exchange student. Untill the age of 12,
she has spoken two foreign languages fluently in addition to Slovene.
In 1996, she graduated in Russian at Ljubljana University and taught it for
a few years. She is connected to Croatian and English privately and in
business, studying abroad and working in international environment.
Experience in corporate education
She has acquired knowledge and
experience in the field of leadership, organisation and sales of education
in three Slovene consulting companies, specialised for adult education (JC
Palatin, Glotta Nova, and Vernar VTC). As a leader of corporate seminars,
trainings and individual counselling and coaching, she has collaborated in
employee development s in a number of Slovene and international companies in
Slovenia and abroad.
HRM counselling
In the past few years, she has also
been performing integrative human resources counselling for companies that
need the support and expert opinion in selection, testing and assessment of
new co-workers, and in directing their further development.
