in spite of well-considered hiring, after a finished probation period, an

candidate for a quality judgement during the selection procedure.
According to research by Michigan State University, the typical
interwieving process, used at most companies is, at best, only 14% effective
in predicting successfull hires. The costs of wrong decisions in
employment are, depending on the work place, estimated as being between
