How does coaching process run?
Coaching process runs in the form
of one to one meetings or telephone conversations between a coach and a
client. As regards the extent and frequency of counselling, the client and the
coach arrange this in advance. Coaching is either an independent form of
development for individuals or a very effective supplement to workshops and
trainings for better transfer of the acquired knowledge into practice.
