sales success is not a coincidence. In dynamic market circumstances,
customers expect and demand quality not only for products but also in sales
services. In sales, quality is defined by suitable communication and
professional, buyer oriented, understandable counselling. If you are selling
in international surroundings, the buyer also expects you to communicate in
their mother tongue or in English.
You have probably discovered yourself that your “school English”, or the
one you have learned on a general English course, does not prove useful in
sales situations with a buyer. Therefore, it is reasonable and above all, much
more useful and effective to learn sales and communication skills in a foreign
language!
